This cold Wisconsin weather is making me crave some serious comfort food and I know exactly what it is - French Bistro Steaks or (Hanger Steaks). It is my favorite thing to order on any menu - whether it be from Balthazar in New York, Florio in San Francisco, Coquette Cafe in Milwaukee or at my friend Mike Mueller's house in Shorewood, simple and delicious.
